Tonight we saw a woman accuse a man of being a thief! Once she spotted him in the Marketplace, she wanted to know why he had taken her son's lunch!
The man explained that her son's lunch had fed more than 5,000 people that day. Once Jesus took the boy's loaves and fish, he multiplied that one lunch to feed all those hungry people.
Later on, we had a special visitor at the Marketplace! Jesus came to tell us he loves us.
All week we have learned what Jesus does for us. Our prayer is that this VBS has given our children a better idea of what life was like back in Bibletimes, but more importantly, how much Jesus means to us today!To everyone who brought children to our VBS:

Thank you for the many blessings you've showered on us this week! Thank you for the children who came to VBS, for all the volunteers, for the facilities you've blessed us with. We pray that we have brought glory to your name in all we have done. Father, help us take the relationships we've begun and the lessons we've learned and build on them so we may become closer to each other and ever closer to you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
